Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, &Beyond continued to support their staff by retaining and paying them in full during the first year, which is a testament to their dedication. This care is evident in the longevity of their staff, as nearly everyone we met at the lodges had been employed there for over a decade. Additionally, their lodges in Botswana offer a unique and special arrangement of having both a driver and a ranger on the safari vehicle, enhancing the experience. The lodges provide unique experiences with a focus on conservation, such as the Rhino Notching experience, and they spare no effort to ensure guests have the most tailored, luxurious, and unforgettable safari experience. From the moment you arrive in Africa, you are completely taken care of, greeted by genuinely kind, interesting, and engaging staff who welcome you to their part of the world.
